Review what was found
German-style capitalization detected: the name-guessing heuristic is off to avoid flagging every noun. Detection relies on the name dictionary and titles (Herr, Frau, Dr., …) — add any missed name manually below.
Excel: only text cells are processed. A phone number stored as a plain numeric cell is not detected — check the result.
PDF: the text is extracted and anonymized, and the result is downloaded as a .txt file. Rewriting a laid-out PDF in place is not supported — naive PDF redaction often leaves the original text recoverable.

Result
Review the preview before sharing: automatic detection can miss names that are not in the dictionary. Keep the mapping file private — it links the labels back to the real names.
